Ms. Lunden has provided extensive representation in the areas of banking, commercial, and residential real estate and loan documentation. She has represented financial institutions, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals and she is approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a certified closing attorney. She has an extensive background in documenting and closing SBA 504 and 7A Loans. In addition to her real estate practice, she has experience in representing clients in landlord/tenant matters, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, and business organization issues.
