Since 1983, Mr. Steiner has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate and banking law, focusing in particular on residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also serves as general counsel to numerous state and federal credit unions, handling such diverse legal matters as creditors’ rights in bankruptcy forums to charter conversions. Additionally, Mr. Steiner has handled hundreds of tax assessment appeals for residential and commercial clients in Allegheny County as well as surrounding counties.
