Over the course of his thirteen year practice, Mr. Albert has focused on providing representation in complex and routine real property transactions, including the establishment of planned communities and condominium developments, construction agreements and related land acquisitions, and option contracts for multiple regional residential and commercial developers. He has reviewed, negotiated and drafted commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, provided representation in the acquisition and divestiture of state and federally regulated, as well as non-regulated, businesses, including restaurants, wholesale beer distributors, firearms dealers, and pharmacies on both stock and asset bases. His practice has extended to (i) reviewing, negotiating, and drafting routine and complex commercial loan documents, including floor plan financing, warehouse loan agreements and other commercial and residential loan transactions, (ii) structuring, organizing and maintaining business entities, including limited liability companies, corporations and limited partnerships, and (iii) preparing routine and complex business agreements, including franchise agreements, employment agreements, consulting and service agreements, advertising agreements, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and license agreements.
